THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN’T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE DETAILS
Please buy with complete confidence. Buying homemade/custom order items is about making yourself (or a friend) happy so it must be a stress-free process for you. I do everything I can to make shopping with Never Lost Earrings fun and easy.
I make my photos as accurate as possible (great lighting and no photoshop) so that my pictures clearly represent the items you will receive. But I accept that sometimes things aren’t as one expects. So to make you super confident in your purchase I accept returns for any reasons. Items MUST be returned in the original packaging, undamaged with no visible signs of wear. You have 7 days from receipt to contact me if you want to return.
I will immediately refund the original item cost, minus the shipping cost after I receive the item back on the conditions stated above.
Refunds are not offered on custom orders.
But I am pretty sure you will love your item. All of this is the just-in-case scenario!
In most cases, my items will ship within three days of your purchase. 3-5 days on bigger items. I ship first class mail or Priority (depending on size of order) which includes tracking numbers and will be sent to you upon completion of order.
I can ship internationally, please contact me for exact shipping costs before ordering.
